When working at Tietoevry you have access to our WAWs at Hammarby Sjöstad and in Stockholm City. To get access you need to book via our app Flowpass.

Here's how you get started:
  1. Download the app here: App Store or Google Play - or search for 'Flowpass' on your phone's app store. If you don’t want to download the app, you can create an account using Flowpass on the web.
  2. Register for a new account by clicking on Sign up (use your work email address ).
  3. You will receive an email from us –– click the confirmation link in the email to complete your registration.
Now, you are ready for your first booking.

Your first booking

In the Flowpass app you will find the Hammarby Sjöstad and the Stockholm City WAWs. You can find them by clicking on BOOK and then scroll down a bit. ‍To make a booking click on the workspace and here you can book a day pass for the morning and/or the afternoon (WAW City) or a full day (WAW Hammarby Sjöstad). In the Flowpass app you can also make a booking for a meeting room, per request.

Arriving at the WAW

Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email. You can also find your booking under HOME in the app. In your booking, you will also receive a digital key that you can use to access the WAW office (click on ACCESS KEY).

  • Build your network in the COMMUNITY section – coordinating visits with your colleagues will be a breeze (article).
  • You can SAVE favorites for easy access later.
  • Share your location – this allows us to show you workspaces near you.
  • Add a profile picture to enhance the community experience for both you and your colleagues.
  • Connect your calendar to automatically sync your bookings with your preferred calendar (Account > Integrations).

Where are the WAW locations?

WAW Stockholm City, located at Gamla Brogatan 29, offers approximately 200 sqm of space with 50 drop-in desks, 1 meeting room for 6 people, 2 phone booths, and is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. Closed for lunch between 12:00 - 13:00.
WAW Hammarby Sjöstad, located at Glödlampsgränd 1 in Luma, offers approximately 560 sqm of space with 100 workstations, 4 meeting rooms for between 2-10 persons, 2 conversation rooms (1 room for 3 people, 1 room for 4 people), 11 lounge seats, and 1 phone booth, and is open from 08:00 to 17:00.
